Your consultation is aimed at finding the right computer system for you - desktop or laptop? How much RAM memory - how much hard disc space? Sound and graphics cards? Printers and other peripherals? Options for Security, Backup and Recovery? Warranty? The options can seem endless, but after discussing your needs we can offer a solution to suit you.
When your new computer arrives we can also set it up and install any peripherals such as printers and install and software such as Microsoft Office that does not come preinstalled and set up an internet connection - either by transferring your existing connection or from scratch. We will then guide you through the basics and, if required, one-to-one tutorial sessions to improve your computer skills and help you get the most from your PC.
You will also receive information concerning PC security, keeping you safe online.
We also provide assistance in upgrading or repairing your existing computer and with choosing and installing Broadband and Home Networks.
Purchase assistance costs just £45.00 per PC or laptop; our installation service is charged at our usual rate of £20 per hour
